What gear do you use?

I shoot on a Canon Rebel T6i, usually with an 18-55mm or a 75-200mm lens. I edit the photos in Lightroom using the Archetype Process.

What’s included in the personal use license?

The personal use license allows you to use the photo as a background on any device, on your social media, or on a blog or article. You can also use the photo on not-for-profit items only if significantly modified.

As the photographer, I retain the copyright.

You May Not:

• Resell the photo as-is.

• Upload the photo to any stock photography site.

• Use the photo on not-for-profit items without significant modification.

• Edit the photo with an AI generator or an Al generator tool.

• Feed the photo into an Al image generator or use it to train generative AI. This includes LLM’s like ChatGPT, Grok, and all other generative AI systems.

Do you use generative AI?

No. I never use generative AI, and especially not in my creative work. All words are written by me and all photos are taken on my camera before being edited in Lightroom. I also don’t work with or engage with any “creatives” who use gen AI in their process.

Why is international shipping on photo prints so expensive?

I sell digital photos on my website and prints on Pixieset. Unfortunately, due to tariffs and the current state of the US and Canada, shipping photo prints to Canada is a minimum $25 USD charge. The prices are set by Pixieset, so I don’t have any chance to adjust shipping prices.

This will hopefully change in the future! In the meantime, you can purchase the digital copies on the website and take them to a local printer, or print them at home (though a professional is recommended).

What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds are offered from my shop. If you have an issue, please email eleanorefiore@gmail.com.

On my Tip Jar page, I don’t typically offer refunds, but if you have issues please reach out. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What if I need photos in another format?

I can offer PNGs, JPEGS, and TIFFs. All photos sold in my shop are JPEGS, but if you’ve made a purchase and want another format, send me an email or use the form at the top of the page. No extra charge!

Do I get the copyright to the photo when I buy it?

No, as the photographer I always retain the copyright.
